There is no right of withdrawal for our configurable or individually manufactured products.
In accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), there is no right of withdrawal for goods
that are manufactured according to customer specifications or
that are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Since our configured items are individually manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, they are excluded from exchange and return.
